The Quick Links Module allows you to create trackable short links for marketing campaigns so you can measure clicks, engagement, and performance across channels.
Quick Links work similarly to tools like Bitly, but are built directly into NGAZE so campaign performance can be tied back to reports and insights.
This module answers:
“How do I track clicks and performance from campaigns, posts, and promotions?”
Where to Find the Quick Links Module #
From the left navigation menu, go to:
Modules → Quick Links
What Quick Links Are Used For #
Quick Links are designed to help you:
- Track clicks from marketing campaigns
- Measure performance across channels (social, email, SMS, ads)
- Attribute traffic to specific promotions or offers
- Avoid long or messy URLs
- Centralize campaign links in one place
Each Quick Link is unique, trackable, and measurable.
How Quick Links Work in NGAZE #
- You create a Quick Link using a destination URL
- NGAZE generates a shortened, trackable link
- You use that link in campaigns (social posts, emails, ads, QR codes)
- NGAZE tracks clicks and activity
- Performance data appears in dashboards and reports
No manual UTM setup is required.
What You’ll See in the Quick Links Module #
Each Quick Link may display:
- Shortened link
- Destination URL
- Campaign or purpose
- Click count
- Creation date
- Status (active / inactive)
This allows you to quickly see which links are performing.
Where Quick Links Can Be Used #
Quick Links are commonly used in:
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- SMS marketing
- Online ads
- QR codes on menus or signage
They work anywhere a clickable link is used.
How Quick Links Connect to Other NGAZE Features #
Quick Links integrate with:
- Campaigns – to track performance
- Offers – to measure promotion engagement
- Reports – to show click performance
- Social Media Tools – for consistent tracking
This ensures campaign activity can be measured end-to-end.
Best Practices for Using Quick Links #
- Create a new Quick Link for each campaign
- Use clear naming conventions (e.g., “Summer-Promo-IG”)
- Avoid reusing links for different campaigns
- Review click performance during monthly reports
- Deactivate outdated links
Common Questions #
Do Quick Links replace UTMs? #
For most use cases, yes. Quick Links handle tracking without manual UTM tagging.
Can I edit a Quick Link destination? #
Editing behavior depends on your account setup. Some links may allow updates while preserving tracking.
Are clicks tracked in real time? #
Click data may update near real time, with some reporting delay.
What Quick Links Do NOT Do #
To set expectations:
- Quick Links do not automatically create campaigns
- They do not guarantee conversions
- They do not replace full analytics platforms
They focus specifically on link-level tracking.
