If you’re having trouble logging in to NGAZE, the issue is usually related to email, password, or access permissions. This guide walks through the most common causes and how to fix them quickly.
What You’re Experiencing #
You may see one of the following:
- Login page reloads without logging you in
- “Invalid email or password” message
- Password reset email not received
- Account exists but you can’t access NGAZE
- You were invited but can’t log in
Common Reasons & How to Fix Them #
1️⃣ Incorrect Email Address
Make sure you’re using the exact email address that was invited to NGAZE.
Things to check:
- No typos
- Correct domain (work vs personal email)
- No extra spaces before or after the email
👉 Tip: Search your inbox for an invite email from NGAZE.
2️⃣ Incorrect Password
If you’re unsure about your password:
- Click “Forgot password” on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Follow the reset link sent to your inbox
If you don’t see the email, check Spam / Promotions / Junk folders.
3️⃣ Password Reset Email Not Received
If the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes:
- Confirm the email address is correct
- Check spam or filtered folders
- Wait 5–10 minutes before retrying
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support.
4️⃣ Account Was Not Activated Yet
If you were invited by a teammate or agency:
- Make sure you clicked the invitation link
- Accounts are not active until the invite is accepted
If the invite expired, ask an admin to resend it.
5️⃣ You Don’t Have Access to NGAZE
If you recently joined a team or location:
- You may not have been added as a user yet
- You may not have permission for that location

- Refreshing the page
- Logging in using an incognito/private window
- Clearing browser cache
