How to connect Meta Ads Account on NGAZE?

Connecting your Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads account allows NGAZE to read advertising performance data and include paid social insights in your marketing dashboard and reports.

⚠️ Important: NGAZE only has read-only access to your Meta Ads account. NGAZE does not create, edit, or spend advertising budget unless explicitly agreed as part of a managed service.


What You’ll Need Before You Start #

Before connecting Meta Ads to NGAZE, make sure:

  • You have Admin access to the Meta Business Manager
  • Your Facebook Page and Ad Account are inside the same Business Manager
  • You are logged into the correct Facebook profile
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Facebook account (required by Meta)

If ads are managed by an agency, ask them to grant you Admin or Advertiser access.


Step-by-Step: Connect Meta Ads to NGAZE #

Step 1: Log in to NGAZE #

Sign in to your NGAZE dashboard using your admin credentials.


Step 2: Go to Integrations #

Navigate to:

Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads


Step 3: Click “Connect Meta Ads” #

Click the Connect Meta Ads button. You’ll be redirected to Meta’s secure authorization screen.


Step 4: Select the Correct Facebook Profile #

Choose the Facebook profile that has access to your Meta Business Manager.

If you manage multiple businesses, double-check you’re selecting the correct one.


Step 5: Grant Permissions #

Approve the requested permissions. NGAZE requests read-only access to:

  • Ad account performance
  • Campaign metrics
  • Spend and reach data
  • Facebook & Instagram ad insights

Step 6: Select Business & Ad Account #

If prompted, select:

  • Your Meta Business Manager
  • The correct Ad Account
  • Associated Facebook Page(s)

Step 7: Confirm Connection #

Once approved, you’ll be redirected back to NGAZE and see your Meta Ads account listed as Connected.


What Data Does NGAZE Pull from Meta Ads? #

After connection, NGAZE will display:

  • Ad spend trends
  • Reach & impressions
  • Clicks & engagement
  • Cost-per-click (CPC)
  • Conversion data (if Meta Pixel is configured)

This data is used in:

  • Monthly marketing reports
  • Performance dashboards
  • Strategic recommendations

How Often Is Meta Ads Data Updated? #

  • Data syncs daily
  • Some metrics may have a 24–48 hour delay (standard Meta reporting behavior)

Common Issues & Fixes #

❌ I don’t see my Ad Account #

  • Confirm Admin access in Meta Business Manager
  • Ensure the Ad Account is active
  • Check that the Ad Account is assigned to the Business Manager

❌ Connection fails or disconnects #

  • Ensure 2FA is enabled on your Facebook account
  • Disable pop-up blockers
  • Try reconnecting in an incognito browser window

❌ Ads data shows zero #

  • Campaigns may be paused
  • Incorrect date range selected
  • Ad account may not have run ads recently

Does NGAZE Manage My Meta Ads? #

No — unless explicitly agreed.

By default:

  • NGAZE reads and analyzes ad data
  • NGAZE does not create or modify ads
  • Ad spend is billed directly by Meta

If you’re enrolled in managed advertising services, those campaigns are handled separately by The Digital Restaurant team.
