Connecting your Facebook Page and Instagram account allows NGAZE to analyze performance, schedule and publish posts, and manage both platforms from a single social media calendar inside NGAZE.
This integration uses Meta Business Manager, which is required to connect Facebook and Instagram securely.
What You’ll Need Before You Start #
Before connecting Facebook and Instagram to NGAZE, make sure:
- You have Admin access to the Meta Business Manager
- Your Facebook Page is owned by the Business Manager
- Your Instagram account is:
- A Business or Creator account
- Properly linked to the Facebook Page
- You are logged into the correct Facebook profile in your browser
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Facebook account (required by Meta)
If an agency manages your social accounts, ask them to grant you Admin access.
Step-by-Step: Connect Facebook & Instagram to NGAZE #
Step 1: Log in to NGAZE #
Sign in to your NGAZE dashboard using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Go to Integrations #
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations → Facebook / Instagram
Step 3: Click “Connect Meta” #
Click the Connect Meta button. You’ll be redirected to Meta’s secure authorization screen.
Step 4: Select the Correct Facebook Profile #
Choose the Facebook profile that has access to your Meta Business Manager.
If you manage multiple businesses, be sure to select the correct one.
Step 5: Select Business, Page, and Instagram Account #
When prompted, select:
- Your Meta Business Manager
- The correct Facebook Page
- The connected Instagram Business account
Step 6: Grant Permissions #
Approve the requested permissions. This allows NGAZE to:
- Read page and profile insights
- Schedule and publish posts
- Access engagement metrics
- Manage publishing through the Meta API
Step 7: Confirm Connection #
Once approved, you’ll be redirected back to NGAZE and see your Facebook Page and Instagram account listed as Connected.

Does NGAZE Post Automatically? #
Only when you schedule it.
- NGAZE never publishes content without your approval
- All posts must be created or scheduled by you or your team
