This integration is essential for local SEO, reputation tracking, and understanding how customers discover your restaurant on Google.
⚠️ Important: NGAZE connects to Google Business Profile with read-only access. NGAZE does not edit your profile, respond to reviews, or publish posts unless explicitly enabled or approved.
What You’ll Need Before You Start #
Before connecting Google Business Profile to NGAZE, make sure:
- You have Owner or Manager access to the Google Business Profile
- The profile is verified and publicly visible
- You are logged into the correct Google account in your browser
- If you manage multiple locations, they are all under the same Google account or manager group
If an agency manages your profile, ask them to grant you Manager or Owner access.
Step-by-Step: Connect Google Business Profile to NGAZE #
Step 1: Log in to NGAZE #
Sign in to your NGAZE dashboard using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Go to Integrations #
Navigate to:
Settings → Integrations → Google Business Profile
Step 3: Click “Connect Google Business Profile” #
Click the Connect Google Business Profile button. You’ll be redirected to Google’s secure authorization screen.
Step 4: Select the Correct Google Account #
Choose the Google account that has access to your Google Business Profile.
If you manage multiple Google accounts, make sure you select the one tied to your restaurant listing(s).
Step 5: Grant Permissions #
Approve the requested permissions. NGAZE requests read-only access to:
- Profile information
- Reviews and ratings
- Search and map visibility metrics
- Location insights
Step 6: Select Location(s) #
If prompted, select:
- The correct restaurant location(s)
- Single-location or multi-location profiles as needed
Step 7: Confirm Connection #
Once approved, you’ll be redirected back to NGAZE and see your Google Business Profile listed as Connected.
