Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard is the main starting point in NGAZE. It gives you a high-level snapshot of your restaurant’s digital performance, recent activity, and recommended next actions—all in one place.

This screen is designed to answer one question quickly:

“How is my restaurant doing right now, and what should I focus on next?”

What You’ll See on the Home Dashboard #

🧭 Business Snapshot (Top Section) #

At the top of the page, NGAZE shows:

  • Restaurant name and logo
  • Location (city, state)
  • Current date and time
  • Local weather conditions

This provides quick context, especially for multi-location users.

📊 Website Performance #

This section shows key website health scores:

  • Performance – Page speed and load efficiency
  • Accessibility – How accessible your site is for all users
  • Best Practices – Technical best-practice compliance
  • SEO – Search engine optimization readiness
  • Web Vitals – Google Core Web Vitals status

Each score is color-coded to help you quickly identify strengths and issues.

If Web Vitals show “No data”, it usually means analytics or performance tools are not fully connected yet.

🏆 Competitive Intelligence #

This section highlights:

  • Top local competitors
  • Business categories
  • Ratings and review counts
  • Key differentiators (offers, menu highlights, social activity)

It helps you understand how your restaurant compares locally, not just how it performs on its own.

You can click “View complete report” to see deeper competitor insights.

🧠 Recommendations #

NGAZE automatically generates recommendations across:

  • Menu opportunities
  • Marketing improvements
  • Operational enhancements

These are actionable suggestions, not just data, and are designed to guide your next steps.

⭐ Customer Sentiment #

This section summarizes customer feedback and sentiment based on reviews.

If you see a message like:

“Customer sentiment analysis is not available yet”

It means review networks (such as Google Business Profile) are not fully connected yet.

📁 Projects #

Projects help you track progress on active marketing initiatives, such as:

  • Website redesign
  • SEO programs
  • Campaign rollouts

Each project shows:

  • Completion percentage
  • Number of tasks
  • Current status

🗓 Marketing Playbook #

This section connects to your 52-Week Marketing Playbook.

Here you can:

  • View upcoming marketing events
  • Add new marketing initiatives
  • Track planned activity over time

🎯 Promotional Offers #

This section shows active or upcoming offers.

You can:

  • Track existing offers
  • Add new promotions
  • Monitor offer-related activity

🔔 Recent Activity (Right Panel) #

The activity feed shows:

  • User additions
  • Project updates
  • Integration changes
  • System updates

This is especially useful for teams and agencies collaborating inside NGAZE.

Why Some Data May Be Missing #

If you see messages like:

  • “No data available”
  • “Connect your networks and try again”

It usually means one or more integrations are not connected yet, such as:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Business Profile
  • Ad platforms

Once integrations are connected, data will begin populating automatically.

How Often Does the Dashboard Update? #

  • Most data updates daily
  • Some platforms (Google, Meta) have a 24–48 hour delay
  • Recent Activity updates in near real time

Best Practices for Using the Home Dashboard #

  • Review this dashboard weekly
  • Use it as your starting point, then drill into detailed sections
  • Focus first on Recommendations
  • Ensure all networks are connected for complete visibility
